Deliberately small

Twenty is small enough that everyone knows everyone — and big enough that something is always happening.

Highly selective

Every seat is hand-picked. We optimize for density of talent and ambition, not headcount.

Flexible stays

Stay for a week, a month, or the whole summer. Minimum stay: 7 days. Long enough to matter.

One house is

This year: one house, twenty builders. Next year? We don't know — and that's the exciting part. The first people who join get to shape what this becomes.

We're not here to run another startup event. We are building the community we wish already existed — the place where Italy's most ambitious builders meet. And we're building it into the closest thing Italy has to its own Silicon Valley.
